"Testimony got back underway Wednesday afternoon in
the Nick Hillary murder trial, but not before another request for a
mistrial from the defense. Hillary's attorneys continue to press the issue surrounding
potential witness Gregory Brown. His name was never provided to the defense, but Wednesday they were
allowed to meet with him before court began. They spoke for 90 minutes, but came away from the conversation
requesting a mistrial for the second time. Lawyers say Brown forgot critical memories that he told to police
about the Garrett Phillips murder. The judge said he would think about the request, while testimony continues."
